Location: Octova, Surturia

A harbor town along the southern coast of the island kingdom of Surturia, Octova has long been a popular place to lay low away from prying eyes. Because of this, the town and surrounding area have become nearly overrun by pirates who have gathered thanks to its reputation. Governed by Rahn Daw and watched over by Captain Kent Barrow and his guard, Octova perseveres despite its troubles. Now, with the arrival of our heroes, this town may never be the same.
